What is steel raised access floor?
Steel raised floors are primarily used in office building, data center or other engineering projects where the concealment of electrical wiring is necessary. The system installation is designed to match with steel pedestals and screws. It can be adjusted to any desired finished floor height as per the requirement. Additionally, it can be directly laminated with materials such as HPL, PVC, rubber, porcelain, and wood on the top, economically avoiding secondary decoration. Steel bare panel is comprised of three parts, a flat steel top sheet spot welded to a formed steel bottom tray, which is then filled with cement to create a sealed structure. The steel shell is also epoxy-coated for rust prevention. Its finished floor height ranges from 80mm to 2000mm, offering a wide range of flexibility to suit your specific needs.
Steel Raised Floor List
Based on the variety of floor finishes, we can categorize steel raise access floors into the following types:
This floor has no top finish and is generally used in office buildings. It is corner-lock system.
We laminate 1.2mm or 1.5mm HPL tile on the top of the bare floor to achieve anti-static function.
We laminate 2.0mm or 3.0mm PVC tile on the top of the bare floor to achieve anti-static or conductive function.
We laminate the rubber tile on the top of the bare floor to add decorative effect.
We laminate the carpet tile on the top of bare floor to avoid secondary decoration.
To effectively address diverse ventilation needs, we offer many types of steel perforated panels, each designed with various ventilation rates to suit your specific requirements.

Quality Check for Steel Access Floor
Before packaging the steel raised floor, a comprehensive quality inspection must be carried out to ensure that the product quality meets customer requirements.
Product Feature Box

The top surface of the floor is epoxy spray or HPL, which has a certain wear resistance index.

High loading capacity is the biggest advantage of steel floor.

Expoxy painting, HPL or PVC on the top performance are all anti-slip materials.

The wear-resistant is important in extending service life and reducing maintenance costs for steel floor.

We will lay out the pedestals by professional tooling firstly, and then
For bare panels, we only screw down the panels to the pedestals.
For laminating panels, screws down the stringers on the pedestals and put the panels into the stringer frames.
Bare panels are only combined with steel shells and inside cement.
The laminating panel has decorative tiles on the top of bare panels. It does not need secondary decoration.
Under normal use conditions, a service life of 20-30 years is no problem.
