We attach great importance to product quality, so we have set up a very strict quality management system during the production process.
When each batch of raw material were deliveried to our factory, we will also do quality check for them.
In order to avoid production errors, the first piece of product in each progress must be inspected and confirmed by the quality inspector before manufacturing. Each two hours also has routin quality check.
In addition to the first-iteam inspection, quality inspectors will conduct 2nd or 3rd time re-inspection in every 2 hours on each production line.
Before packaging, we will also do a final round of inspection to ensure the accuracy of the product with order and high quality goods selection.
In order to more accurately control the quality of each product, we have assigned separate quality inspectors to each production workshop.
