Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor Structure Diagram

Calcium Sulphate Raised Access Floor with Terrazzo Finish
High-density fiber calcium sulphate as the substrate, then a special process is used to bond the thick terrazzo to the base material. Finally we use the PVC band to seal the edges.
Calcium Sulphate Raised Access Floor with Vinyl Tile
Description:
The core is high-density fiber calcium sulphate
Four sides are encapsulated with conductive ABS banding
The top is laminated with conductive/anti-static PVC tile
We can add one sheet of galvanized steel between the PVC tile and core board if needed to increase the floor loading capacity.

Two Structures of Calcium Sulphate Floor with HPL/PVC Finish
As shown in the diagram, we have two different design structures for HPL raised floor.
On the left, the base material is sealed with PVC edge strips.
However, on the right, the six faces are sealed by directly using galvanized steel plates, and then the HPL veneer is applied. It is evident that this design has a stronger load-bearing capacity because the steel plate in the middle layer helps to enhance the floor strength.

You can use wet mop or dry mop for regular cleaning, but avoid using a lot of water to prevent the floor from getting damp.
When the floor is greasy or stained, you can use a neutral detergent to clean it, but do not use acidic or alkaline detergents to avoid corrosive effects on the floor.
The anti-static performance of calcium sulfate flooring may be reduced due to factors such as usage time and environment. If this happens, you can use a special anti-static coating for treatment, or use a special anti-static floor coating for processing to restore the anti-static effect of the floor.
