Product Overview
Our 45% airflow steel ventilated raised access floor is engineered for high heat density data centers and server rooms. It features long slot perforations for maximum air passage, with three interchangeable surface options: HPL anti-static finish, conductive PVC covering, and bare steel panel.
A steel air damper can be mounted on the panel rear to manually adjust airflow volume on-site, allowing HVAC engineers to balance underfloor air distribution precisely.
Another unique advantage: our grid back structure supports welding different steel thicknesses to meet varied load requirements for different project conditions.

Conductive PVC Covering
Scene of use:
IDC server zones, telecom equipment rooms, low-budget IT computer rooms.
Soft conductive PVC surface is quiet underfoot, dust-resistant, easy to clean, and cost competitive. It is widely used in large data center projects where anti-static protection is required with controlled decoration budget.
Bare Steel (No Overlay)
Scene of use:
Mechanical equipment rooms, back-of-house technical areas, industrial control halls, temporary server zones.
No surface lamination, lowest material cost. The bare steel ventilated panel focuses purely on ventilation and load performance, for areas where aesthetics are not a priority.
