Our aluminum panel adopts advanced high-pressure die-casting technology. Once the aluminum ingot is molten, it is precisely shaped through a one-time vacuum die-casting machine. This integrates the outstanding corrosion resistance and high-strength characteristics of aluminum alloy, ensuring superior quality and durability.
The panel surface can be coated with epoxy powder as per your specific needs. For heavy-grade floors, we do the following work:
- Thickening of the central area of the edge reinforcement
- Increase the height of edge reinforcement
- The four cross main bars in the center of the floor are designed in a curved arch shape
