Raw Material Introduction

The raw material choice is the most significant price difference between the Himor floor and other brand floors. We always use the best quality raw materials in the industry. Any unqualified products will be rejected by us

 Material 1: Steel

The steel rolls of the raised floor are all purchased from state-owned enterprises, like Tangshan Jianlong, and Tangshan Ruifeng. Q195 steel grade for the top sheet which has good hardness to keep perfect flatness and SPCD-J grade for the bottom sheet which has good extension for the stretch. All from China local. If you want to import our products, we could issue a related steel quality report or MTC certificate.

VS other factories:  Use low-grade steel with many impurities, which results in poor load-bearing and easy to rust.

 Material 2: Cement

Our cement grade is 325 for steel raised floors which has fewer impurities.  The high purity of cement can reduce the noise of the floor. In addition, we also mix the import foaming agent to cement to increase the raised floor loading capacity. We fill the cement while the floor is in a vertical state and then maintain 24-hour curing time to ensure that the cement in the floor is sufficient and full. Besides, the cement supplier must provide us related quality check sheet for each batch.

Material 3： Aluminum ingot

For the Aluminum raised floor, we utilized the raw material of ADC12 Aluminum ingot. It is professionally applied in die-cast due to its high strength and favorable casting performance.  This material is highly stable because it has good resistance to hot cracks. Another advantage of this material when applied to the floor is that it can maintain dimensional stability.
