Product Overview
Raised Floor Ventilation Systems
This raised access floor panel is made of steel, with a top layer consisting of a customized steel plate. Its thickness can be flexibly tailored to specific load-bearing requirements, fully accommodating diverse weight capacities. The underside features a uniquely designed square-grid structure, significantly enhancing the load-bearing capacity at all points of the panel. Additionally, the edges of the underside are reinforced with four welded square tubes, further improving structural stability and overall load performance.
Moreover, the top surface of this raised floor panel offers a high degree of customization. Various finishes can be applied based on customer preferences, such as highly durable and wear-resistant HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) or aesthetically versatile PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) materials. This provides clients with a wide range of options that seamlessly combine functionality and aesthetics.

Steel blind floor vs. steel cement floor
| Material | Structure | Loading Performance |
Advantage | |
| Steel Blind Panel | All Steel | Flat top sheet& bottom steel grid surrounded with steel tube. | Determined by the steel thickness. | There are more stress points at the bottom, and the bearing capacity is stronger with the same weight. |
| Steel Concrete Panel | Steel & Cement |
Steel shell filled with cement. | Determined by the top and bottom steel thickness. | More economic. |

These two types of flooring both belong to the raised access floor industry, designed for flexibility and robust performance.
The floor on the left features a combination of steel plates and cement. The structure is built by welding steel top and bottom plates to form a sealed steel shell, with cement filling the interior. This design not only reduces costs but also enhances load-bearing capacity. However, the load capacity is primarily dependent on the thickness of the top and bottom steel plates.
On the right, the floor is made entirely of welded steel, with a smooth steel top sheet. The underside of this flooring can be customized with various patterns to meet different load-bearing requirements, providing greater flexibility. This product is particularly beneficial for data centers, office buildings, and other facilities that require adjustable load-bearing capacities, offering superior customization for dynamic environments.
Both options cater to the growing need for high-performance raised access flooring in modern construction, offering easy maintenance, improved airflow, and versatile design solutions.

Product application scenarios
Yes, the top design will remain the same, but the loading performance can be improved by increasing the thickness of the steel plate or adding support beams at the bottom.
Yes, they can. Sometimes, we may install the steel frame on the side of the floor edge to match the different kinds of floors. Please refer to pictures from the above products list of “AF250 Steel Perforated Floor”.
Yes, we can use a steel damper. The ventilation rate of the steel damper is adjustable, so we can achieve variable ventilation needs by adjusting the damper.
